The Montana Shared Catalog (MSC) app was discontinued on November 30th, 2023 without notice. The MSC app allowed library patrons to access their library account from a mobile device and to digitally browse the library’s collections, place a hold on items, and renew items previously checked out. The Montana State Library’s recommendation is that patrons uninstall the app due to lack of functionality and in some cases, it is displaying out of date information about patron accounts.
